About DANSK SINTERMETAL A/S
Dansk Sintermetal A/S is a Danish sub supplier of sintered components in iron, steel, stainless steel and some copper based alloys, to leading European OEM manufactures. Besides the pressing and sintering, we offer secondary operations on the components such as machining, sizing, deburring, steam treatment, plastic impregnation, vacuum impregnation in oil, surface treatment, heat treatment etc. The tools are made in our own tooling department and if you would like to test the properties of the material in advance, we can offer you prototypes in the right sintered material. Dansk Sintermetal A/S has over 45 years of know-how in powder metallurgy, covering a broad range of customers in many different branches. We are specialised in complex components in large-scale production as well as smaller series. We have presses from 4 T to 600 T and our components range from 0,3 gram to 3 kg.
